Order Process

After Payment reflects in our account, Delivery Takes 2-5 working days to Main City Centers.
After Payment reflects in our account, Delivery Takes 5-10 working days to Smaller Towns and Rural Towns.
Should this be a urgent order, please contact us and we will try our best to fast track your order.
Please see default delivery order status process below:
Day 1 - Order is Placed Payment Confirmed.
Day 2-3 Order is processed with suppliers or within our warehouse.
Day 4 - Quality control checks of received stock or internal warehouse stock.
Day 5 - Order is Packed and prepared ready for courier to collect.
Day 6 - Courier collects and order is sent to distribution centre.
Day 7-10 - Outbound for delivery, Orders status can be tracked online.

All orders are processed online, After we receive payment our couriers will deliver your order.

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

Manual EFT into our FNB account or ATM Cash Deposit into our FNB account.

It takes up to 48 hours for us to allocate the payment to your order. If the status hasn't been changed after 48 Hours we suggest you contact us as we might not be able to allocate the payment due to the reference that was used.

It means the order has not yet left our warehouse . Once the status changes to Fulfilled your order has been collected by courier and is on-route to your address.

You will receive tracking details that include both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.
